Ms Dolly Tan is the founder and principal of Aesthetics, a Beauty Salon and Training School based in Singapore, well known for their Beauty Care, Hairdressing, Training and Consultancy services.
Ms Dolly received her academic trainings from Japan and England. Thereafter she ventured into the arena of beauty care and hairdressing services. Being a prolific trainer and mentor since 1978, Dolly also has over 30 years of direct, hands-on experience in bridal make-up, beauty care and hairdressing services.
She has been a contributing Judge for Beauty Pageant, Beauty Care and hairdressing in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand since late 1980s. In addition, Ms Dolly is constantly invited to Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, American and Hong Kong to share her skills and knowledge.
To top on the list, Ms Dolly invented the first double eyelid hand carry machine in 1998. Overwhelming responses were received from the public. The eyelid machine became a national icon at that time in the beauty industry.
Over the years, Ms Dolly has leaded and organized trips to England, France, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan annually to ensure that her students are keep in tune with the latest skills and technology that are available in the market.
Today, Ms Dolly is one of the most prominent, high profile aestheticians nation-wide. Over 2000 members are enrolled under her training school. She continues to share her experience and passion in beauty care and hairdressing with all likeminded endeavors.

Dolly has an efficient system in place to educate and prepare the next generation with the necessary skills required to be crème de la crème of the beauty industry. Having acquired relevant beautifying skills from her earlier travels to places such as Japan and USA, she continues to impart her knowledge to prospective students. Dolly continues to influence many of her staffs and students as they embarked on their journey of improving their skills and capabilities. Now at Aesthetics International Academy, Dolly teaches Chinese theoretical modules for CIBTAC Aesthetician Diploma (UK), CIDESCO International Diploma and Diploma in Bridal Make Up & Hairstyling.
